We stayed in the Superior King Room for 2 nights. The room was super comfy and had nice little touches like a fridge and a white noise machine. It was clean and cozy, though you could hear some creaks from the old house at night, which added to its charm. Joe and David were great hosts, and I was impressed with how delightful the breakfast was each morning!

We loved our family trip here with the grandkids! The cozy atmosphere was perfect, and we spent hours at the beautiful pool. Exploring the nearby beach events like parades and firework displays made our trip even more special. Breakfast was a highlight, homemade and delicious.
My kids wished the sofa bed was a bit more comfortable for a better night's sleep.

Cozy and welcoming stay
Just spent a couple of nights in a lovely Standard Queen Room. Super comfortable bed and our own nice bathroom. Breakfast was amazing! They served us a fresh omelet and fried potatoes after coffee and peach jam. Only thing? The wifi was kinda spotty in our room. Overall, really enjoyed it!

The breakfast selection was impressive, with upscale options that changed daily, particularly the apple waffle, which was exquisite. The pool provided a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. However, more seating by the pool would have been beneficial during peak hours, and the Wi-Fi connection was spotty. A minor downside was the difficulty in locating the entrance initially.

Peaceful Retreat in Rehoboth
Our two-night stay was wonderfully relaxing. The breakfasts, especially the banana pancakes, were a highlight! The hosts, Joe and David, created a welcoming atmosphere. Tip, plan your arrival during non-peak hours for easier parking. This cozy spot is perfect for couples seeking a break.

I loved my time at the Homestead B&B. The location was perfect for everything I wanted to do in Rehoboth Beach. Breakfast each morning was a highlight—so many delicious options that were clearly prepared with care. The hosts Joe and David were super friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. I stayed in the Deluxe Suite with Spa Bath, which was spacious and very comfortable. The jacuzzi was a fantastic touch for unwinding after a long day. I also appreciated the clean and well-maintained outdoor spaces, especially the pool area. However, the sofa bed didn't provide enough support, making it less comfortable than I hoped. Traffic coming in and out was a bit overwhelming, and the lack of soundproofing made the noise from the streets noticeable at times. Overall, a wonderful stay with great food and friendly service, but a few improvements would make it perfect.

Breakfast each morning featured an impressive spread, including customizable hot entrees alongside a fine continental selection. The outdoor area boasts a newly added pool and a fenced dog run, perfect for those traveling with pets.
Traffic can be a hassle when entering and leaving the property, especially during peak times, leading to some frustrating moments. The sofa bed isn’t ideal for adults, and certain rooms might feel cramped with limited space, making it a bit uncomfortable for longer stays.
